The ninja cake decoration set is a paper and wooden cake topper, with four ninja picks and a mini bunting line between two red straws. Each ninja wears a black outfit with a vest in its own color: red, blue, yellow, or green. Two of them hold a sword, one stands with folded hands, and one floats in a cross-legged position with outstretched arms above the rest, so you immediately have a little scene on a birthday cake or during a ninja party.
Parts and materials of the cake topper
- You get four cocktail picks with a ninja figure, a mini bunting line, and two paper straws with a wooden stick inside.
- The straws are red with a striped pattern and serve as poles between which you stretch the bunting line.
- The flags are red with a white Japanese character and hang from a white string.
- The ninja figures have a white border around the cut-out shape and each stand on a wooden pick.
- The set is made of 70% paper and 30% wood.
- The cake decoration is from the brand Boland.
How does this ninja cake topper differ from edible cake decoration?
A cake topper with picks is not edible: the ninjas are made of paper and the sticks are made of wood, so you remove them from the cake before you start cutting. Edible decoration, such as sugar figures or a print on marzipan, you simply eat with the cake, while this set is purely for decoration on top. Place the topper on the cake only just before serving, so that the paper figures do not stay in the whipped cream or icing for long. Stick the straws firmly into the cake and place the picks in front of them, then the bunting line hangs like a gate above the ninjas.
Ninja look around the cake with face paint and accessories
The four vest colors give you a ready-made color scheme for the rest of the party. Whoever cuts the cake can imitate the figures on the cake with black face paint around the eyes and a red headband, because they also wear a band around their head. A black mask over the nose and mouth completes the look, and a toy sword matches the two swordsmen on the picks.
