How can I place an order?

Who will deliver my order?
We work together with Trunkrs & PostNL. For all Dutch and Belgian customers, the package is delivered by PostNL or Trunkrs (evening delivery). For Same day deliveries in the Netherlands & Flanders we work together with Trunkrs. PostNL at home or PostNL Service point
When you choose the shipping method 'PostNL' during checkout, your package will be delivered by PostNL. With this shipping method, you will also receive a track & trace code, with which you can track your package from the moment of dispatch until delivery. You will receive this track & trace code by e-mail from us as soon as the package arrives at PostNL. This allows you to track the package in order to gain insight into the home or service delivery.
Trunkrs
When you choose the shipping method 'Tomorrow evening in house' during checkout, the order will be delivered the next working day (Mon-Fri) in the evening. You will receive an e-mail with the track & trace code from Trunkrs with a specific time window of 30 minutes. A few minutes before delivery you will receive an SMS that the driver will arrive at your place within a few moments. The shipping method to ensure that the order is delivered to you within 24 hours. Please note that the products also have a delivery time of 24 hours (see the delivery time in the green shopping cart button per product).
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time of your order can be found on the specific product page, in the shopping cart or order page ( see below ). The expected delivery date is shown in the green button. When changing quantities, the expected delivery date may also change. The system automatically calculates the new expected delivery date. This is the expected delivery date provided that the carriers do not experience any delays in delivery. If you order multiple products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies. Orders are shipped complete to keep shipping costs low.

How do I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been shipped or you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, it is still possible to change your address. This is only possible by calling customer service. How do I cancel an order?
Please contact the customer service of e-Carnavalskleding.nl. Please by phone because cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet left our warehouse. Has your order already been shipped? Unfortunately, canceling the order is no longer possible. You can return it to us at any time within 14 days of receipt.

Can I try a product at home?
Yes, you can try out your order completely at home. Trying it on is no problem, if there are any damages or stains on one or more products, the item in question will be rejected. Is my product in stock?
On the product page you can see directly whether the product is in stock. In addition, you can see directly what the delivery time of this specific product is. Many products are immediately available (maximum 24 hours) but some products have a longer delivery time (maximum 8 days).
The green button shows the expected delivery date per product and variant of the product in question. It is possible that size Small is available earlier than a Medium.
