The alien as a costume character
An alien is the classic extraterrestrial creature from science fiction stories: a green figure with a large bald head and black almond-shaped eyes. This image appeared in comic books and films about UFOs and flying saucers and subsequently became a staple at space parties and on Halloween. This costume exaggerates that look because the mask is much larger than a child's head, giving the silhouette an instantly cartoonish appearance. Choose this costume if you want a funny space creature instead of a scary horror figure.
Completing the alien look of this costume for kids
Simply wear long trousers and a shirt under the overalls so that your child stays warm enough outdoors during a parade or trick-or-treating. Black sneakers or boots match the green ankle cuffs perfectly, just as shown in the photo. If you want to expand the theme, this costume pairs well with green face paint around the neck, a silver-colored space weapon as a prop, or with brothers, sisters, and friends in astronaut costumes. This way, a complete space team will be at the party in no time.
