PXP Light Brown Face Paint is an aqua face paint by PXP Professional Colours in a warm light brown shade that you apply to your skin with water. Light brown is the color you start with when creating an animal face: in just a few strokes, you can paint on the fur of a little deer, bear, or monkey. During Carnival, you’ll see faces like these everywhere, from the parade to the pub.
What does PXP Light Brown Face Paint look like in the box?
- The paint cake is a warm light brown, leaning slightly towards terracotta, with a matte and even surface.
- You can choose between two sizes: the small box contains 10 grams and the large box contains 30 grams.
- The box is round and black, with the PXP logo and website name in orange letters on the edge.
- It is an aqua face paint, so you mix the color with water before applying it.
- The face paint is from the brand PXP Professional Colours.
Working with light brown aqua face paint
Apply aqua face paint with a slightly damp sponge or brush: use a sponge to fill in large areas such as the cheeks and forehead, and a fine brush to refine the edges. If you want a fuller color, let the first layer dry for a moment and apply a second layer over it. Because this is a light, warm brown shade, it looks softer on the skin than a dark brown, so it works best as a base layer over which you later add dark lines.
From a light brown face to a complete animal outfit
A painted animal face really comes to life when you add the rest of the costume. Put on a headband with ears, wear a brown onesie or an outfit in the same color family, and pin a tail to it. Then, using a darker color, draw the muzzle, nose, and whiskers on the light brown area, and a little white around the mouth or eyes will give the face depth.
Order PXP Light Brown Face Paint in the small or large box and create your own animal face during Carnival.
