The chicken is a classic among humorous party hats, because the silhouette with the dangling legs sways with every movement. So you don't have to do anything yourself to get a laugh going.

Combining the Tokkie chicken hat into a complete outfit

The white and yellow calls for something calm underneath, so a plain shirt or a farmer's apron keeps the attention on your head. If you go for a farm theme, then yellow trousers or yellow leggings match the beak and legs nicely. For a silly party, the hat actually works well over a neat outfit, precisely because the contrast is so great. If you wear it with a group, distribute different animal hats among the guests.
