Blue streamers made of crepe paper

For an Oktoberfest venue, a baby shower, or a blue-themed party, you can create a festive atmosphere in just a few minutes. Blue crepe paper garlands are party garlands made of fringed crepe paper in blue, measuring 5 metres each. They are suitable for parties for both women and men, and look just as good hanging at home as they do in a venue.

What do these blue crepe garlands look like?

The blue crepe paper garlands consist of a long strip with cut-out fringes that hang down like a garland.

• Each garland is 5 metres long, so you can span an entire wall or ceiling line.
• The colour is solid blue, so the garland pairs well with white, yellow, or silver.
• The material is crepe paper with a fringed lower edge that moves gently in the air.
• The garland is from PartyXplosion and comes rolled up, ready to unroll and hang up.

Crepe paper as party decoration

Crepe paper has a crinkled texture, which makes it flexible and gives it a beautiful drape when hung in an arch. That is precisely why it has been used for generations for garlands above dance floors, bars, and buffet tables. Paper decorations are intended for indoor use, so hang the garland in the venue or living room rather than outside in the wind and rain. If you are using multiple strands, a zigzag pattern between two fixed points will create more volume than a single straight line.

How to complete your blue party decor

If you want to create a Bavarian Oktoberfest atmosphere, alternate the blue garlands with white ones for the iconic blue-and-white colour scheme. For a baby shower or birth celebration, combine them with blue balloons and blue table decorations. Hang the garlands at eye level along a wall as a photo backdrop, or low above the table for a cosy ceiling effect.
