Flag Germany

Three broad horizontal bands in black, red and yellow: the German flag is a rectangular national flag measuring 90 x 150 cm in the German colours. Hang it up during Oktoberfest, a German-themed party, an après-ski party or a football evening with the German national team. The flag is made of 100% polyester.

Features of the German flag

• The dimensions are 90 x 150 cm, large enough to fill a wall, fence or party tent.
• The flag has three solid bands: black at the top, red in the middle and yellow at the bottom.
• The material is 100% polyester, so the flag is lightweight and easy to hang up.
• Funny Fashion supplies the flag as a single item, without a pole or stand.
• The washing instructions are: hand wash only, do not bleach, do not iron, do not dry clean and do not tumble dry.

What is better to use: a large national flag or small hand flags?

A flag of this size works as a central decorative piece, while small hand flags are mainly intended for waving or placing on the table. With 90 x 150 cm you cover a large area in one go, which is handy at a beer party in a barn, canteen or garden. The German tricolour is used both at Bavarian parties and at international football matches, because the colour combination is immediately recognisable. If you want to decorate an entire room, combine one large flag with smaller decorations in the same colours.

This is how you complete your German party look

Hang the German flag at eye level behind the bar or the tap, then it will be in every photo. For an Oktoberfest theme, complement it with blue-and-white garlands, beer mugs and Bavarian hats, while for a football evening you combine black-red-yellow face paint, horns and scarves. At an après-ski party, the flag fits well next to other national decorations on the wall. Also carry the colours through in your guests' clothing, so that the theme is reflected throughout the entire room.

Order the German flag in time for your Oktoberfest or football party. You have 14 days to return it and if you order before 11:59 p.m., the flag will be delivered tomorrow.
