Star trophy VIP

The VIP star trophy is a golden figurine in the shape of a five-pointed star, mounted on a round black base.

At a Hollywood-themed party, present it to the guest with the best outfit, the funniest speech, or the most style of the evening. Between award presentations, the shiny star also makes an attractive decoration on a movie-themed table.

• The star has a shiny, gold-coloured finish that catches the light.
• Each point of the star is faceted, with a distinct central rib running along its length.
• The star rests on two points on a round, black base with a stepped edge.

Golden figurines and the glamour of Hollywood

A golden figurine on a base is the most famous symbol of the film industry, as Hollywood's major award ceremonies revolve around the moment such a trophy is presented. A recreated awards show at home or in a venue works with a few key elements: a presenter, an envelope containing the winner's name, and something tangible to present. The star trophy provides that final element, giving the party a highlight that everyone will look forward to.

How to turn the presentation of this trophy into a party highlight

The trophy works best if you keep it until late in the evening and only present it after a short announcement with a sealed envelope. Until then, display it prominently on a stage or buffet table, surrounded by black and gold decorations, so the guests know what they are competing for. Have the winner give a short acceptance speech with the star in hand, and you'll instantly create the film moment of the evening. Guests in evening gowns or tuxedos will make the scene even more authentic.
