Set 6 Skull & Bones

The set of 6 skulls and bones is a decorative set of six separate skeleton parts in off-white with grey-brown shadows. You get a skull, two long leg bones, a shorter bone, a foot and a piece of spine. Scatter the parts through your garden, across the floor or among the foliage to make a Halloween corner look like an unearthed grave.

What exactly do the skull and bones look like?

• The set consists of six separate parts: a skull, three bones of different lengths, a foot skeleton and a series of vertebrae.
• The skull has deep, black-detailed eye sockets and a nasal cavity, with a row of teeth molded into the plastic.
• All parts are made of 100% polyethylene.
• The color is off-white with grey and brown streaks, making the bones look weathered instead of brand new.
• The vertebrae are connected with light connecting pieces, so the row lies on the ground as one garland of vertebrae.
• The packaging is 48 x 17 x 14 cm and consists of a black net with a hanging eye, so you can see the parts when unpacking.

Separate bones in a Halloween decoration

A collection of separate bones works differently in a Halloween decoration than one complete skeleton: you distribute the parts over multiple locations and thereby suggest that something has fallen apart. The skull with two crossed bones underneath it is the most famous image from the horror and pirate repertoire and is instantly recognizable, even in the twilight. Because the parts are separate, you choose how complete the image will be: a skull at the front door, a bone in the border and the foot half under the leaves. Place the skull slightly higher than the rest, for example on a tree stump or an upside-down pot, because then it will be noticed first.

This is how you complete the skeleton theme

Place the bones around a grave mound of earth or among artificial spiderwebs to complete the theme recognizably, with the skull and two crossed bones as the centerpiece. Indoors, the parts look good on a covered table between candlelight, or among dry branches and dried leaves on a sideboard. Outside in the garden, the off-white bones stand out best on dark earth or moss, as in the photo with the mist between the trees. Combine them with a skeleton print outfit, then the theme continues from your decoration to your costume.
