Pumpkin wine glass orange

For a Halloween evening, an autumn drink party or a pumpkin-themed party, the orange pumpkin wine glass is a plastic wine glass on a stem with a smiling pumpkin face formed in the bowl. The glass is translucent orange, so your drink glows in the light of a candle or lamp. With a height of 18 cm, it stands on the table like a regular wine glass, but with a wink.

What is the orange pumpkin wine glass made of?

The orange pumpkin wine glass is made of PVC, so you are not pouring into real glass but into plastic.

• The glass is 18 cm high and has a bowl, a stem and a round base.
• The color is translucent orange, carried through the entire bowl, stem and base.
• The bowl features a pumpkin face in relief: triangular eyes, a triangular nose and a grinning zigzag mouth.
• The material is PVC, a plastic, which means the glass is not real glassware.
• The glass is intended for adults who pour wine or another drink at a party.

The grinning pumpkin on your Halloween table

The face with triangular eyes and a zigzag mouth comes from the carved pumpkin lantern that stands on porches and tables around Halloween. That tradition blew over with Irish immigrants to America, where the large orange pumpkin replaced the previously used turnip. That image also works on a small scale at a party: a few of these glasses next to each other on a buffet or bar immediately create a recognizable autumn atmosphere, and because they are plastic, you can wash them after the evening and reuse them the following year.

The orange pumpkin wine glass at a themed party

Put the glass in the hand of a witch, a vampire or a pumpkin costume and your dressed-up look is immediately complete down to the last detail. Combine the orange color with black tablecloths, cobwebs and candles for a table that matches your outfit. For an autumn drink party or a harvest theme, colorful leaves, gourds and corn cobs around the glasses do the same job.
