Possessed Non non decoration 137cm

The possessed nun decoration is a 137-centimetre hanging Halloween figure with a green-yellow face mask, flashing red LED eyes and a long black robe with frayed panels. Around the head is a black hood with a white wimple and silver trim, and an orange cross hangs from a red ribbon on the chest. The image it creates is that of a ghostly nun with outstretched arms, exactly the atmosphere you want on Halloween night.

What exactly does the possessed nun decoration look like?

• The hanging decoration measures 137 centimetres, making it stand out immediately on a door, wall or in a corner.
• The robe is made of 100% polyester with a glossy finish and pointed panels at the bottom.
• The eyes in the mask flash with red LED light, which is particularly striking in the dark.
• The hands are yellow-green, with curved fingers emerging from the wide sleeves.
• Care according to the label: do not wash, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron and do not dry clean.

The ghostly nun in the horror genre

The figure of a pale nun in a black habit is one of the classic images in the horror genre. The combination of a religious symbol and a distorted face works so well because it twists something familiar, and that makes the figure immediately recognisable to your guests on Halloween night. In this version, the tears in the mask and the wide, dark mouth do the job, and the orange cross provides just enough colour to remain visible in a dark room. Because the eyes light up intermittently, the image changes as you look at it.

Positioning and combining the possessed nun decoration

Hang her at eye level or slightly higher, so that the long panels of the robe fall freely downwards and move slightly when someone walks past. In a dimly lit hallway or by the front door, the flashing eyes come out best, because daylight largely takes away the effect. Add cobwebs, candlelight or a smoke machine and use little light in the area, then her face will remain the focal point for everyone.
