Fedora Pride

The Pride fedora is a natural woven trilby with a band featuring the six colours of the rainbow flag and a short brim edged in red. During Pride, women and men wear it slightly further back on their heads so that the coloured band remains visible from all angles. A plain shirt in one of the band colours, such as purple or orange, lets the stripes do the work.

Straw, red trim and six stripes

• The hat is made of 83% straw and 17% polyester.
• The band runs around the crown in six horizontal stripes: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.
• On the side of the band is a folded piece of ribbon in the same rainbow colours.

How to complete the rainbow on your face under the trilby?

Under the trilby, complete the rainbow with a stripe of face paint in the six band colours across your cheek or above your eyebrow. Sunglasses with coloured lenses and a few bracelets in red, yellow or blue repeat the stripes without looking too busy. The red brim also calls for red lipstick or red earrings, so that the hat and face form a single look.
