Hat roast chicken

The roast chicken hat is a funny costume hat in the shape of a ready-made roast bird, with two upright legs on top of the head. The body is soft orange to light brown, with two little wings on the sides and a small tail piece at the back. Men and women wear it during carnival, a tacky party or a food and cooking-themed party.

What makes this chicken hat so striking?

• The hat is made of 100% polyester with a soft, velour-like exterior.
• Two stuffed drumsticks stand upright, finished with white bands that look like kitchen twine around the legs.
• On both sides are thick little wings and a pointed tail at the back, making the shape from above really look like a roast chicken.
• The color ranges from light apricot to golden brown, just like a bird coming out of the oven.
• Do not wash, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron and do not dry clean.

Why is there a roast chicken on your head?

The roast bird is a classic joke in the costume world: the image of a steaming roast chicken in the middle of the table is literally placed on your head here. Precisely because the hat does not imitate a character but a dish, it works at very different parties, from a tacky party to a cooking theme or a food festival. The plush silhouette is immediately recognizable from a distance, so you don't need any face paint or wig with it. Place it straight on your head with the legs pointing up, then the picture is complete.

This is how you complete the roast chicken look

A white shirt or a plain top lets the hat do the work, as you can see on the model images. If you prefer to wear a complete chef costume, the hat forms the wink above a white chef's hat or an apron. Those who want to make it even crazier combine it with striking glasses or a fake mustache for a real home cook role during carnival.
