Fake scorpion 25cm

The 25 cm fake scorpion is a black artificial scorpion measuring 25 centimetres long, with an upright tail and two pincers stretched forward. Place it wherever you want to provoke a fright: on the covered Halloween table among the snacks, on a bookcase, or in a shop window. This creepy creature is also perfect for a horror-themed party or a desert setting.

What does the 25 cm fake scorpion look like?

• The creature measures 25 centimetres from the pincers to the tip of the tail.
• It is entirely black, with a matte finish that looks slightly velvety in the photo.
• The tail curves upwards in an arc and ends in a pointed stinger.
• The two pincers point forward, with long legs behind them featuring a rough, knobbly surface.
• Two small shiny eyes are set in the head.
• The supplier states that the materials are PVC and fabric.

The scorpion as a creepy creature in Halloween decorations

Scorpions are staples of creepy creatures, along with spiders, rats and snakes. They live in warm, dry areas and are known for the venomous stinger at the end of their tail; it is precisely this raised tail that makes the shape instantly recognisable. This works well in a display, as the silhouette can be identified even from a distance. While a fake spider is quickly seen as a joke, a scorpion is more likely to cause genuine revulsion, which is exactly why it works so well on Halloween.

Combining the 25 cm fake scorpion into a complete display

Place it halfway under a crumpled cloth or among dry leaves, so that only the tail and one pincer are visible. A little concealment works better than placing the creature in the middle of an empty tabletop. On a buffet, place it next to a dish, where it can suddenly appear among the serving utensils. If you want to create a desert corner, combine it with sand, stones and dim, warm lighting.
