Cool black gas mask Ruud

The black Ruud gas mask is a full-face mask with two large oval viewports, a round speech cover, and two round filters on the sides. What immediately catches the eye are the yellow three-lobed symbols on both filters, which stand out sharply against the black of the mask. The mask is available for women, men, and children and completes a post-apocalyptic look at carnival or a festival.

The black gas mask in detail

• The mask is entirely black and covers the whole face, from the forehead to under the chin.
• The two oval viewports are transparent, so your eyes remain visible behind the mask.
• In the middle is a round speech cover with a grid of small holes, and a short valve piece protrudes from under the chin.
• On both sides is a round filter cap with a yellow-and-black three-lobed symbol.
• The mask is worn with black straps around the back of the head.
• You receive only the gas mask itself; clothing and other accessories are not included.

How does a full-face gas mask differ from a half mask?

A full-face gas mask like Ruud covers the eyes, nose, and mouth at the same time, while a half mask only shields the nose and mouth and leaves your eyes free. With this model, your face therefore disappears almost completely behind black, and only your gaze through the viewports remains. If you want to be unrecognizable, choose a full-face model; if you want to show your facial expression around the eyes, a half mask is a better fit. Everyone knows the silhouette with round filters from war movies and disaster stories, and a well-known crime series made it the trademark of the chemist in his secret lab.

A complete outfit to match the gas mask

For the lab look from that crime series, put on a yellow protective suit or overalls and wear gloves with it. If you prefer to portray a soldier or a survivor from a devastated city, combine the mask with army trousers, sturdy boots, and a dark jacket. With a black hoodie and the hood over the head straps, your entire silhouette becomes dark, and the yellow filters remain the only accent of color.

Order the Ruud gas mask and stand unrecognizable in a dark apocalyptic look during carnival or at your next festival.
