The round balloon weight is a spherical plastic weight with a loop at the top, available in nine colours. Tie the ribbon of a helium balloon to the loop so that the balloon stays on the table or at the entrance. Ideal for a children's party, a baby shower, a birthday or a themed party where you want the balloons to stay exactly where you put them.
Features of the round balloon weight
- Spherical shape with a sturdy, smooth exterior and a seam around it, as clearly shown in the photo.
- There is a curved loop in the same colour on the top, to which you tie the balloon ribbon.
- Choose from nine colours: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue, lilac, pink, baby pink and beige.
- The weights are supplied in bags, as shown in the second photo in light blue.
Why choose a round balloon weight instead of a weight on a clip?
A round balloon weight works differently from a flat or clip model: the sphere stands on its own and does not roll away because the bottom is slightly flattened, so you can place it freely on a table or windowsill. Choose this model if the weight can be part of the party display, as the colour is part of the decoration rather than something you want to hide. If you want to keep the weight invisible, hide it behind a flower arrangement or under a table skirt. Helium balloons rise as soon as you let go of them, and without a weight, they will be against the ceiling within an hour where no one can see them anymore.
Using the round balloon weight at your party
Tie one or more helium balloons to each weight using different ribbon lengths to create varying heights above the table. Place them at the entrance of the hall, at the head of the gift table or along a route to the party room. Choose the colour of the weight in the same shade as your balloons for a harmonious look, or a contrasting colour for a cheerful, colourful table. This also keeps the balloons together for a parade or an evening outdoors.
