Deliveries made by TNT Post, or DHL.

We ensure that your products are dispatched within 48 hours after having received your on-line payment or banktransfer. If in an exceptional situation we can't deliver within 48 hours we will instantly contact you by phone or e-mail to find a convinient solution together with you.

Shipping costs  

Shippingcosts highly depend the county of destination. So we can's give general information here. No destination is equal. However after you have disposed goods in you cart on the site and the system has asked your for your delivery-address, the shipping-price appears on your screen. At that moment you can decided to resume the ordering-process.

Our shipping costs are equal to the shipping costs determined by TNT Post and DHL, and the applicable VAT rate.(if appropriate) The costs also depend the weight and size of the goods ordered. You also will see the excact amount of the shipping costs on your order statement.

Where does Fancyparycostumes deliver to?

We ship our products worldwide. If you cannot find your country in the list of countries that we ship to, please contact our customer services department.

Returns and faults
Despite the great care we take when processing your order, items may occasionally malfunction or you may receive the wrong product through no fault of your own. In such cases, we ask you to contact Fancypartycostumes within 2 days. You can do this via our online ticket system on our website, or by sending a letter to:

Note: Unstamped packages will not be accepted. To ensure that your complaint is dealt with quickly, you must send a copy of the invoice and state the reason for which you are returning the product.
